The primary server will be fine. I don't tend to use the built
in log shipping as I have my own but I'd guess if there are
jobs on the primary that copy the logs across to the secondary
then the copy step will fail but this should have no impact on the
primary (except you might end up with more logs than usual so
disk space could be a factor)
