Yes, in Windows NT, use Server Manager. Start-->Programs-->Administrative
Tools-->Server Manager.

Then click Computer-->Services

In Windows 2000/2003 use Computer Management from Start-->All Programs-->
Administrative Tools-->Computer Management, then expand Services.
