Windows 2000 SP 3, SQL Server 2000 SP 2
We are geting unexpected reboots of the server and on system startup the
SQL Server service does not start. The event logs have Error IDs of 7000
& 7013, which indicate incorrect passwords. We then re-enter the same
password (this has not changed) and the service starts. There are also
COM+ component objects that have the same error and are fixed by
re-entering the same password.
Both the SQL server service and COM+ objects use the same domain
account. What is more confusing is that other services using this
account start-up OK.
Has anyone seen this before and what is the solution?
Thanks
Amar
