Sorry Neil for taking so long to respond. I've tried to find where
Microsoft SQL states that it can encrypt a database and couldn't. I
guess I was mistaken when reading their documentation. Although I have
had conversations with my lead developer and for some reason he thinks
SQL 2000 can encrypt the database. I told him that I have been
communicating with some people that say it cannot and that using the
operating system’s EFS can do it. Well now he wants solid documentation
stating so. Could you please direct me to where I could get that info?
I would certainly appreciate it!!
Sandy
