You're probably going to have much better luck asking this question in an
Internet Explorer newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.setup. If not, it's likely that
somebody in that newsgroup can redirect you more accurately than I can.
This is a SQL Server newsgroup, chock full of SQL Server experts, not
Internet Explorer experts. :-)
