I'd be careful, just in case it decided to de-install SQL Server.  Can you access the DTS package on that machine from another machine that does have the SQL Server 2000 client tools?

Tom,

Yes, this machine already have the SQL Server 2000 database engine
running on it and Tools, probably during the upgrade it didn't update
the Tools from 2000, just engine.

Then, my doubt is, Can I remove the tools and install the tools from SQL
2000 ? Remember, that Server is on-line, I couldn't stop the SQL Server,
just at night to do this, but next day, they must to have all right. Is
there a risk ?

thanks
Claudete
