(local) or computer name Enterprise Manager

I have a Sql server 2000 on a server windows 2000.
When i am logging on specific user in the Enterprise Manager i saw the Name
of the server the computer name ex: CANICHE(Windows NT). And when i log on
with another user i saw (LOCAL) . I don't understand why ?

The second user is Also Admistrator of the Domain.
Excuse my English i am french Canadian.
