windows xp problem......help.....

    Well i had a worm virus.......got rid of it but in the
    process it ruined alot of files.........now xp will not
    let me do anything.......tried restore...tried to
    format....tried to reboot with my cd....i even tried to
    reformat my hard drive......

    Can someone who can help me please....
