we need to integrate the PABX system with the SQL
database. at the moment we have configured the TAPI server
on win2000 server and linked with the phone Dialer so when
we get a call on this number the microsoft phone dialer
will pop up with a screen give the caller id (the line
which is comming in) so we need to integrate with our SQL
server to pop up all the information of this caller. if
its a new caller then we will get a screen to enter the
information of the caller. basiclly we need to integrate
phone dialler with the sql database. can you please advice
how to do this.
