version of sqlserver 7.0 after applying sp4 and security update for sp4

What should the version of sql server 7.0 be after
applying sp4 and the security update for sp4.
The file name for the security update is 7.00.1078_enu.exe
so I would expect the version to be 7.00.1078 but it shows
the following when I run select @@version
