Just want to clarify. Does this machine already have the SQL Server 2000 database engine running on it? If so, you should be OK as is. If all you have are client tools, then remove the 7.0 tools and install the 2000 tools.

Tom The SP3 was install on SQL Server machine, I believe the MDAC it was update for SP3. The Analysis Service was install in another machine, a long time ago and after that upgrade. And about to remove the client for 7 and install again client tools for 2000 ?
