I keep getting an internal error 2349 when

When I try to reinstall my disc one and two. I am missing
data1.msi and I can't reinstall it because of this
internal error. Help, please. I have ms office 2000.This
is not a name brand computer, it is custom and I can't
reach the man I purchased it from.
