That implies that a user with a valid windows account, has access to a
database (or databases), via a NT Group membership. For example, if you have
a default SQL Server 2000 install, the builtin\administrators group has
sysadmin equivalence, anyone that has local administrative rights on the
server will have sysadmin equivalence and may appear in EM via the group
membership.
