After messing around with Edit Server Registration Property by swithing back
and forth between Windows Authentication and SQL Server Authentication, now
I can't login with sa account.
I can only login with Windows Authentication and I've resetted the sa
password but still no luck. If I try to login(in Enterprise Manager) with sa
account, I get the following error:
SQL Server registration failed because of the connection failure displayed
below. Do you wish to Modify anyway?
Login failed for user 'sa'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server
connection.
By clicking the Yes button, I then get the following:
A connection could not be established to SRV1.
Reason: Login failed for user 'sa'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted
SQL Server connection..
Please verify SQL Server is running and check your SQL Server registration
properties and try again.
I've verified the server is running, resetted the sa password and still
having no luck with the damned sa account. Any idea?
