MSDE Install Error - "Strong SA Password is Required"

I have downloaded the free WebMatrix software and I'm in
the process of familiarizing myself with ASP.NET. I also
tried downloading and installing the MSDE.
I am running XP Home and I get the following error
message when trying to install:
"A strong SA Password is required for security reasons.
Please use SAPWD switch to supply the same. Refer to
readme for more details. Setup will now exit."
Of course, I didn't find anything useful in the readme
file.
Help!
