Hi, i installed sp3 on two servers running sql server
2000. I need to configure this servers as remote and
enable the data access option on them and when in server 1
i execute a select statement to server2 i get this error:

Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'

After that, i try it with linked servers and if i check
the option "Be made without using a security context" i
get this error:

OLE DB provider 'SQLOLEDB' reported an error.
[OLE/DB provider returned message: Invalid authorization
specification]
OLE DB error trace [OLE/DB Provider 'SQLOLEDB'
IDBInitialize::Initialize returned 0x80004005:

and if i check the option "Be made using the login's
current security context", i get this error:

Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'

could you tell what am i doing wrong??

Or could you tell me how to cofigure servers as remote or
linked and enable the data access option??

Thanks a lot
