List of patches?

Hello,
    I've been looking for some time but have not been able
to find a list of all available patches for SQL Server (or
any other MS product at that.) Sure, it's easy to find
the latest SP or cumulative patch but does a list of all
available patches exist anywhere on the Microsoft site?
Heck, even an external list would be nice.

More specifically, I'm the network administrator for a
company with some German users. I'm looking for patch
lists related to both English and German MS products
including but not limited to SQL Server. If anyone can
point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.
