Hi,

I always received "Access is denied" error when applying
SQL Server SP3 to a clustered SQL Server 2000 (SP2) on a
Windows 2000 cluster (a Domain controller running SP3)
with two nodes though either administrator or SQL server
owner account (a member of Administrators group) is
provided on Remote Information Page. The detailed message
is as follows:
"The specified account can not be validated to have
administrator rights on xxxxxx. An error occurred: (5).
Access is denied."

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Youcheng
