Override DTS Local Packages password

We have a SQL Server 7.0 and a member of the team created
some key DTS packages and set a password on them.

Unfortanetly this person is not part of the team anymore
and it seems that there's no way to contact him. We need
to see the design of these packages and we haven't found
the way to override the password.

Is there a way to override this password?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
