Web Server hangs (IIS) after SP3 MSSQL2K installed

HELP! I am running a production environment using IIS
serving ASP pages with MSSQL2k. When slammer hit, I
installed SP3 but IIS now gets hung after awhile. I cant
even open IIS???? Any help would be extremely appreciated!
