As far as the worm goes, by installing SP3 and reboting your machine should
be enought. The worm only lives in memory and goes away once you reboot and
have Sp3 installed. Here's a link you can learn more about the virus

As for why Enterprise Manager is not working., I am not sure. I will see if
I can found out from my peers and report back.
