This is not contributing to a solution but to give
something to think about. I am working for a division that
is going out of business but has asked that I port some
software from an Informix based product to SQL Server
before giving it to the 3rd party that is getting that
part of the business. I installed the eval copy last
December with the idea that I can get all the kinks out
before the eval expires. Neither company doesn't want to
shell out the dough for a production copy and I don't want
to work from a DB that is halfway around the world.
