SQL 2000 Dev Ed and Slammer

Saw in another post and have verified that it's RTM level,
so downloaded sql2ksp3.exe from here:

After extracting to a folder, setup.bat wouldn't run.
Found it's missing \x86\setup\ subdir. There is only \x86
\binn\ subdir there. Downloaded and extracted several
times with same result. HELP!
