Fail to applying SP3

Hi,

I got an error msg, when I installing the SP3 in my system.
Error: Setup initialization error. Access denied. I
attached the error msg. Does it because my Database file
in the difference drive? I got no problem with applying
the SP2 previously.

I trying on the other system with only a single drive by
running the SP3, It's running smoothly.

Please advice.
