Visio2000 Enterprise and slammer

I believe that Setup for Visio 2000 Enterprise normally
installs MSDE 2000 unless it finds a version of SQL Server
already installed.
Does this imply that all machines with Visio 2000
enterprise are vulnerable to the slammer virus?
