ISA Server and SQL Server 2000 - conflict

Dear Colleague,
I had my SQL Server 2000 on Win2k Adv. Server (LAN). I install ISA Server on
my server and my Sql Server work well . when I do secure server via ISA
Server I go error to connect to SQL server after that. I uninstall ISA
server but I got last error.
How can I connect to my SQl Server? ISA server is uninstalled.
