Hi Cindy,
The error message probably pops up when you have revoked sa privileges on
the local Admin group within the current Security Manager session. Also, it
probably indicates that the registry key
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSSQLServer\MSSQLServer) permission
for the local Admin group has been set to Read.
