Actually if I remember correctly now you couldn't move the logins from 6.5
to 7.0 or 2000. It's been a LONG time since I did a 6.5 upgrade but I
believe you need to create the Logins yourself and there is no way around
that. Maybe someone else who has done this recently can confirm but that is
my recollection.
