Determining all permissions for an account

How is it possible to view all permissions (insert, update, delete, exec,
etc.) for all objects in all databases for a specific account? Is there a
procedure that'll accept a username as a parameter then return this info?
If not, anyone know if there is a procedure like this out there somewhere?
