We have changed our SQL Server Authentication to Mixed
Mode (Windows Authentication and SQL Server
Authentication) and restarted SQL Server. However, when
you attempting to login to EM and you want to give it a
userid and password for SQL Server Authentication such as
sa and its password. We are getting this error and don't
even see the SQL Server login window

A connection could not be established to PR1WNTD2
Reason: Login failed for user "PR1WNTD2\klkolbe'...

Please verify SQL Server is running and check you SQL
Server registration properties (by right-clicking on the
PR1WNTD2 node) and try again.

Any clues as why we have failed to set up Mixed Mode
Authentication????
