Set Hostname to Username

Hello, I have a rather large document from my parent
company requiring what security settings for setting up
SQL Server. One item is to SET HOSTNAME TO USERNAME to
ON. I have not been able to find a way to set this. I do
know that EXEC xp_loginconfig will give me the setting,
however, I cannot change the setting. How can I change
this?
