How to register a db on SQL Server from VB6

Hi Group... How can I register a database on SQL Server if I only copied
the files on a folder, and I want to register this files like a database on
SQL Server with VB6 code. Maybe I can use any stored procedure, but I don't
know which one. thanks very much for your help.
