help about to reinstall sa password ?

 I did as the lockdown tool suggested and removed
 BUILTIN\Administrators from sql7
 Not knowing the sa password I am now locked out!
The old dba doesn't remember it.
 The server is running ok and "I haven't told anyone yet".
 Is there anyway to
reset sa user password to null
So I can get back in.
I am the network,system,and database administrator.
I am also a wreak.........
