Sounds to me like you have an intranet server somewhere that has office
extensions installed, and is using that SQL server.
I'm not overly familiar with the Office extensions, but whoever manages the
intranet/web server should have an idea about where to change the connection
information that they're using to connect to the SQL Server.
You might also want to berate them about the fact that they shouldn't be
using the 'sa' account to access a database, anyway.
