Hi Mike,

What is the version of the SQL Server? If it is SQL Server 7, please apply
the latest SP (SP4) for the SQL Server and try again. You can download it
under the link
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q301511.

The following Knowledge Base (KB) article
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q266008) will give
you more information.

Sincerely,

Linda Deng
Microsoft Support Engineer
