How to access to SQL Server from Internet

Hi guys!!! I have a question, I have a SQL Instance,and I
need administer this instance from internet, I check
diferents documents in microsoft, and all documents says,
open the port that you have de SQL Data base, I made
these, but I canīt see the database, anybody knows which
other ports I need opened?????
