How to access to SQL Server from VB6

Hi, group I have a question. I have a VB6 aplication and and I'm going to
begin to work with SQL Server 2000. My database is already created in the
server, but my problem is about of the users I can“t access to the
databaase. What kind of users you suggest I need to create?, and which are
the steps to do it?.
