Block Admin access to my data

SA is essentially God when it comes to a database
server. It really depends on how much you are looking to
restrict here. One option is to encrypt your data but
that currently requires using a third party product.

There are lots of opinions regarding this but I feel very
strongly that if you cannot trust your administrator you
have other problems. I would maybe try to focus on
restricting who has administrator privs on the server.
