Shane,
The files you should backup are the ones in the BINN folder where you
installed SQL Server to. If this is SQL 2000 then they should be under
Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\BINN folder and of course the pdb
file is under the EXE folder underneath the other files.
