It looks like that DB1\sqlservice has the right to copy files over to
serverB (your 2nd step, copy the backup file from serverA to serverB, was
successful), but does not have the right to run a SP on ServerB's SQL
server.
You may consider to map DB1\sqlservice to a remote user on your linked
server security page.
