Dutta,
I don't believe that this is a SQL problem.
I think that the ACL is on the idc/htx file. That is what you will need to
have updated so as to make it available to the users.
Of course, your users will also need to have rights granted on the tables in
pubs so that they can run their queries. Since pubs is pretty wide open I
don't think that is the problem.
