Job ownership affects the security context of jobs in the
following way:
If the owner of a job is a member of the sysadmin role then
the job will run under the security context of the service
account for SQL Server Agent.
If the owner of a job is not a member of the sysadmin role
then the job will run under the security context of the
proxy account.
