Sql server 7.0(sp2) agent service

I have new sql server just set setup.
on NT sp(6) event log is showing that the following error message:

SQLServerAgent security context does not have server-autorestart privileges

I can stop and restart the service with no problems.

I don't why event log keep showing up the same error over and over again?
