If you have any applications referencing the sa account,
they will have problems but they should probably be changed
to use an account other than sa.
If you have any DTS packages that were scheduled through the
schedule package option of the package by a user who had
Enterprise Manager registered with the sa account, those
will have the sa password encrypted in the dtsrun command
and will need to be changed.
