If the OLAP service started, the 'log on as a service' right must be set.
Change the MSSQLSERVER service to run as Local System. Start the MSSQLSERVER
service, follow the steps listed in BOL 'Troubleshooting MSSQLServer or
SQLServerAgent Services User Accounts'. It could be a number of things,
including lack of permissions to the registry.
