After rebooting a windows 2000 server the SQL Server
service fails to start.

We switched the Services accounts from Local System to a
Service account on Ad-ent for the various services running
on this, still test server. When rebooted the services
for SQL Server will not start even though the OLAP service
started. Access is prevent to the Ad-Ent Service Account,
the SA account and my own Ad-Ent ID. Error occurs both
from Enterprise Manager and PCAnywhere to the server
services.

Error 5 - Access denied is reported from all attempts to
start the SQL Service.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
