Is the OS Vista?
Is this from an ini file or what?
I'm guessing since it seems related to file security maybe 'session'?

I would like to know if someone can describe to me the meaning of the "2"
within this string:
%SystemRoot%\system32\ftp.exe,2,"D:PAR(A;OICI;FA;;;BA)(A;OICI;FA;;;SY)
Does the 2 after the FTP represent the switch for "passive mode" or is
this
a permissions all switch. I've looked and haven't been able to find the
correct syntax or other selections for this. Any and all help would be
appreciated.
