Shared folders within same PC

XP Home with SP2. I have 3 admin users on my PC. When I instal a new product
using one windows user, the other users can't access it. Can you tell me how
to configure my PC so any product installed is accessible by all local
windows users.
This happened when I installed a BT Voyager 105 ADSL modem - only the
installing user could use the modem software!
