Error with Microsoft ForeFront Client Security

Hi, I have this error when I try to deploy policy on Microsoft ForeFront
Client Security:

The policy cannont be deployed.

Futher details:
Unable to create new group policy object.
The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.
(Exeption from HRESULT: 0x8007054B)

Could you help me?
