Bravesentry.com has hijacked my home pc!

I desperately need help! This virus has hijacked my pc to make it look like a
program has installed on my pc and is scanning my pc for viruses. It comes up
with I believe fake viruses and tells me to purchase and download this
software to remove it. It changed my windows so now I don't have
administrative rights to uninstall anything. I looked in task manager, and
can't find any bravesentry entry, but not sure what else to look for. I tried
safe mode, but still have no admin. access. I tried to restore to an earlier
time, but that doesn't help. It has installed not only bravesentry, but other
stuff I can see on my desktop. I called Geeksquad and they said I would have
to bring it in to have it fixed and cost about $200!
I have windows xp, sp2
IE6
Dell 8300 (about 4 yrs old)
It also has hijaced my internet.
I would like to restor to an earlier image of my pc but I don't know how to
do that.
Anyone else have any advise on how to get my pc back to normal?
